Boiling point: about 156℃ (atmospheric pressure)
Density: about 0.91 g/cm³ (20℃)
Solubility: Soluble in most organic solvents (such as alcohol, ether, ketone, etc.), but insoluble in water
Flash point: about 32℃ (closed cup)
Refractive index: about 1.41 (20℃)

Synthetic resin:
- For the production of polybutyl methacrylate (PBMA), with good flexibility and weather resistance, suitable for paint and plastic products
- Often copolymerized with other monomers (such as styrene, methyl methacrylate) to regulate the properties of the polymer
Paint:
- Used in the production of latex paint, solvent-based paint, etc.
- Gives the paint good flexibility and weather resistance
Adhesive:
- Used for the production of pressure sensitive adhesive, emulsion adhesive, etc.
- With good bonding properties and flexibility, suitable for bonding a variety of materials
Textile additives:
- Used to finish the coating of textiles
- Gives the fabric waterproof, anti-fouling, wear-resistant and other properties
